The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gold11. Violations may result in immediate account termination and full balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.

• Coordinated betting with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Gold11's software or odds system.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Making false claims on other platforms while impersonating Gold11.

Gold11's security team actively monitors for suspicious activity and investigates when necessary. We are committed to protecting the interests of responsible and honest members.

Gold11 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration.
• Any breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
